Nothing to like, worst environment.

Worst experience of my life to working with KEN Pvt. Ltd, the management level is unprofessional, no career growth and no job security until management will not pay your salary and at last you have to left the job. The only one thing i like there that employees are too good and supportive nature.

Nothing except the company can be easily fooled by a smart employee, as the managers are dumb enough to never review & evaluate

Dislikes

Its working pattern is not like a corporate organisation but like a road side Kirana store. No hierarchy, No work boundaries. Even a manager is may be some day asked to mop Floor if Sweeper is absent. High rate of employee absconding. Company policy strictly for only benefit of company. There is no dedicated HR for Employee help. Salaries are never on time. No review of Work, No track of any records. Very rude Management, specially the Office Admin Lady. Nothing in benefit of employee Except the point that , anyone can fool management on work as they do not review well on time.
