Way too much politics in the school it gets un real at times. The management and heads don't listen to both sides they only listen to one side and make working there even more difficult

Nothing at all because the management is horrible moreover the HR and the principal plan and hire new people get the work done and ask them to leave with our giving any clarity, teaching experience and other experience is good the school owner is good but not sure whether she is aware of HR s deeds or no... actually it's a good school but the HR has politically polluted the overall work environment!
