Bank is number one co operative bank in Gujarat since long and Management is good, they are always active in day to day activities. I feel familiar atmosphere in this bank.

Salary structure is little bit lower compared to other bank

So much pressure Unrealistic target They expect you to finish work in branch and go for marketing after finishing work, also manager gives you warning every single day for target, if not meet weekly target, they would send you for marketing for whole day untill you do not canvass account.

I love to work at bank this are l like to all employee is family, environment, culture, team work, management, friendly work, good are company policy so I'm so happy in work on bank job.

Dear not a management and politics, and not a address issue...

They gives employee good training and help employee to develop their skills. If you do not want progress and you do not have your family, this bank is the best bank.

Dislikes

The management of the bank is very bed. There is nepotism in the bank. They have branches in all over Gujarat and Mumbai but they have trust on the people of Ahmedabad only. They do not want to know the facts and take decisions on the basis of talks. They do not like employee who work hard. They just like the employee who give information about other employees. They ruin employees career and play games. Actually they are not bankers but they are politicians. They use the employee like ball pen cover.
