No pressure, work life balance, US part is supportive, it was really good before current HR manager, HR director and executive director of HR.

...enerating revenue. Revenue generation department US staffing is now under rated. They really need some sensible India HOD who can make those ladies understand that their salary is generating by the US staffing people. Screen monitoring is there even if you are in the office. Only for social media and pictures HR is organising thing but that not upto the mark, they even don’t know how to celebrate Diwali.(previously it was good, those people must be here) On the name of Friday fun nothing is there. Even employees are so much demotivated that they were not ready to participate in annual function. Mr AA must be involved in ground level with people of US staffing otherwise he will lose his best employees just because he is not in contact with US staffing recruiters or lead. He is really getting only filtered info. Too much favouritism and politics. Few AD are there who really don’t deserve that title. Just like mohalle ki aunty. It was really good before but current top management sucks.

Overall as an organisation it’s a brilliant company to be associated with but the management has been extremely poor in India office. Only dirty politics and back bitching is the culture which has been encouraged by the so the called leaders in Judge India especially the US Staffing division. If someone is working in US office it’s a wonderful company but Judge India work culture has actually spoiled the reputation of such a big brand.

Toxic culture encouraged by the top management especially US Staffing division leaders and the worst is the HR department in the organization who are only interested in masala talks to keep something going around in the company. Back bitching, unethical talks, favouritism has made a brands name to be spoiled in India market by placing the so illogical leadership in place so who don’t even have a sense of appreciation for any of the employees who have given their heart and soul to the company. Judge India Solutions holds the highest attrition rate in the US Staffing industry in today’s date so please if you want to have a peace of mind without getting corrupted political environment don’t work with the organisation just looking at it a brand. It’s for sure a big brand in US but in India it’s a worse environment than even a start up so please beware of choosing Judge India as your next employer. Call any individual in Judge India today and I can assure you no one would say no if you would ask if you’re looking out for a job change. Beware guys don’t go ahead with the dreams they would show you being an ex-employee I can assure all those would be shattered really soon.

Leadership Team, specially the onsite Associate Director is a Crap. He doesn't have any sense how to talk with the Team nor has the skills to lead the Team towards productivity. Sitting on the seat with a Referral and onsite support.

The management is a real hypocrite, by the time you come to know the real side, you will be out of the company. Lot of things.. Only cake cuttings and festivities doesn't qualify as a good company!!! Tough times let you know the real side of the person and the company!!!!
