Leadership Team, specially the onsite Associate Director is a Crap. He doesn't have any sense how to talk with the Team nor has the skills to lead the Team towards productivity. Sitting on the seat with a Referral and onsite support.

The management is a real hypocrite, by the time you come to know the real side, you will be out of the company. Lot of things.. Only cake cuttings and festivities doesn't qualify as a good company!!! Tough times let you know the real side of the person and the company!!!!

Overall as an organisation it’s a brilliant company to be associated with but the management has been extremely poor in India office. Only dirty politics and back bitching is the culture which has been encouraged by the so the called leaders in Judge India especially the US Staffing division. If someone is working in US office it’s a wonderful company but Judge India work culture has actually spoiled the reputation of such a big brand.

Toxic culture encouraged by the top management especially US Staffing division leaders and the worst is the HR department in the organization who are only interested in masala talks to keep something going around in the company. Back bitching, unethical talks, favouritism has made a brands name to be spoiled in India market by placing the so illogical leadership in place so who don’t even have a sense of appreciation for any of the employees who have given their heart and soul to the company. Judge India Solutions holds the highest attrition rate in the US Staffing industry in today’s date so please if you want to have a peace of mind without getting corrupted political environment don’t work with the organisation just looking at it a brand. It’s for sure a big brand in US but in India it’s a worse environment than even a start up so please beware of choosing Judge India as your next employer. Call any individual in Judge India today and I can assure you no one would say no if you would ask if you’re looking out for a job change. Beware guys don’t go ahead with the dreams they would show you being an ex-employee I can assure all those would be shattered really soon.

At Judge India Solutions, I got lots of opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally. The organisation focused on learning and innovation to achieve the goals.

Dislikes

Although the leaders are open to hear your ideas and do implementation also, there are few leaders who follows micro management within their team, but I am glad that I am not the part of such leader's team.
