Jaiprakash associates company Pvt Ltd . I am working on sineor assistant place on Store department . My work to this company purchase received ,purchase order , good received , then order create or order received showing to store general manager & reporting to managing director then order Signe . Goods related reporting day to day and time to time . Then at a time negociat to vendar . And store members helps to work pending it's my work is over . I do dislike working at Jaiprakash associates company Pvt. LTD covid-19 started time to transfer to another country but I am not satisfied & my family then I decided to skip to working on this company .

Its great place to learn many new skills,lot of scope to learn new thing and acuquire expertise in your job.

Dislikes

Compensation is decenet but growth is very slow, less scope of career growth. Managers do not value individuals unique strengths. No freedom to share suggestions or inputs etc. Hierarchy system is not effective.

Likes

•skill development and learning is unlimited. •job security is 100% , they don’t fire there employees until unless someone don’t complete their tasks for long time.

Dislikes

•Salary delays. •Zero work-Life balance you have to work on Sunday too. •Culture is really bad too, you will be judged and also employees will pass comments constantly. Company will interfere in your personal life.

Nothing good to write, but yes liberty to take decisions and implement for plant improvement, but don't expect anything

Dislikes

Worst compensation. No rewards for those who are holding responsibility and working day night for plant improvement. Almost everyone gets promoted whether performing or not every 5 years and get approx 3% hike. Annual increment is 1%, that too not linked with performance. Worst place to work for honest, intelligence, knowledgeable people. Welfare is big zero. No mechanism to acknowledge the good work of employees. There is lot of poltics. There is big list of designations, even some of them are rare and unknown. Very slow career growth.

Deserving employees are given free hand to work and involve in policy makings. Credit of your untired effort will go to your bosses.

Dislikes

Best thing in this Company is BANE RAHO PAGLA, KAM KAREGA AGLA. If you wants to take salary without doing your work you just get your boss happy by hook or crook, your work will be given to some other well performing colleagues. Owners also did not bother to convert performers into assets for company rather they depends upon advise of HODs only which resulted into drastical fall in company performance.
