There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Job security is good but growths is really too bad even promotion policy is really too bad

Basically salary structure for lower level staff is really too bad so my recommendation don't join this company

Teammates are very friendly & cooperative,job security is 100 percent, career growth is ok, salary is ok, appraisal is excellent, travel is as per requirement, no politics, learning environment is nice, work environment is very nice, innovation is good, work life balance is 12+ years

This group is open to innovation and really adopts latest Enablon software technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that international market reliable, high quality Safety standards and has a global client base. Great team Work culture , WCM, BBS , Safety standards and DuPont Safety system are remarkable in UTCL Bagheri Cement Works. I am working happily as secretary of Apex Safety Committee of UTCL Bagheri plant.

... like MNC, Pharmaceutical company, Electrical goods, Chemical & Cement Plant. Compensation is decent but career growth is slow.

now the graph of j.p associates is going downwards due to heavy loan burden.The cement business is almost sold to ultratech,& other parties.

since company is loosing the existence , then no question of good salary etc.
