Black listed company and working environment is too bad. Their experience doesn't count on some companies just because the company is blacklisted they don't provide the actual salary like they say your CTC would be 30,000 but they'll only pay you 27,700 without pf

It is working tirelessly to provide Continuous Engineering Education for upgradation of Engineers in upcoming domains like Industry 4.0, AR, VR, ER, AI, ML, Robotics, Automation, 5G, 6G, Blockchain Technology, Green Technology, RE (Renewable Energy) et al, etcetera.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
