They are with traditional work style, conservative and resources are a problem. Some very strict unnecessary rules but were really good with paying to the staff even during pandemic time. Principal is very knowledgeable.

Unnecessary Restrictions which are not required, resource crunch and when you need to run from.pillar to post to organise them but perfection is expected from u.

She is a very fair ,hard working person and puts the school above everything else.A team leader who supports her team and wants the best for her students.A stickler for displine and is the backbone of the school

Dislikes

She neglects her health and puts others welfare before hers.Tanya has no shades of grey and calls a spade a spade,but it is always good for the person

Learning opportunities are there.

Dislikes

Extreme amount of irrelevant work. No work life balance at all, lot of humiliation faced by employees, bad work culture, pathetic teammates. One person doing job of three people, Would never recommend anyone to work here.
