The VCA for mindset change is very inspirational. The team work is good and appraisal su=system is good.
Dislikes
The staff remuneration is very low compared to the labour market and the titles.It has good titles but not matched with remuneration which demotivates the staff. No staff provident fund which makes retirement a nightmare to staff.
