The owner of this company is fraud mayank soni,they never give employees salary on time plus keep salaries on hold,No respect for employees they use abusive words,No growth they are running this company without discipline no respect for girls,They harass there employees be safe many employees are victim they carry very bad track record,They have no rules and regulation.

I haven't been paid my salary and it's on hold for more than a year now and its the case with almost everyone there. This has taken a toll on my mental health as well. Despite several requests and pleads, I haven't gotten my due amount. This is highly unethical on their part.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
