Working at house of abhinandan lodha has been a very challenging experience, particularly in terms of work life balance. Employees are required to work from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM , with minimal breaks, which is exhausting and unsustainable. Weekends are no exception, as rostered days off are often removed without notice, and there is little or no flexibility for personal time. What's even more concerning is the lack of support when requesting leave. Management has a tendency to pressure and even threaten employees for taking time off , and the work cultures feels punitive. There's constant pressure to meet unrealistic sales targets, and daily debriefs at the end of long workdays are filled with harsh criticism if targets aren't met. This high-pressure environment with little consideration for employees well being created a very stressful atmosphere, and it's clear that work life balance is not a priority here. For anyone considering a role here , be aware of the intense demands and lack of support for personal and professional balance.

Management is not stable. They visit the site and instruct opposite things in each time. Subcontractors hired in cheap rate and they do not perform in this case manager torture the employee.

Nothing to like, just salary is credited on time

Dislikes

They make you work overtime without paying for it. 9 am to 10 pm is normal. Management RIP. Toxic and biased work culture. Intentives are on hold for 7-8 months.

They often keep your incentives on hold for 1+yrs No work life balance and will bomb you with work if you join as a fresher or any role below Team lead Poor and toxic work culture The holidays you get on week days will often get canceled No holidays on festivals / weekends / National holidays Honestly not worth the Salary they pay

Work is good, company is growing

Dislikes

They exploit and overwork the employees, average 11 hours of work everyday without overtime pay, plus some weekends too. Management is too aggressive and some are abusive, who shout and disrespect to support their own massive egos. Very negative work environment, ridden with politics. No wfh flexibility, alternate Saturdays are working. DO NOT JOIN.
