Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Overall everything is good. The company culture, management is very friendly. They offer competitive salary. 4 times meal is provided in the office to all the employees free of cost. All festivals are celebrated with employees.

I am impressed by the competitive salary offered to freshers and the monthly snacks provided. It creates a positive work environment and shows the company values employee satisfaction and well-being.

Dislikes

While the company has a generally positive atmosphere, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. After being promoted to Team Leader, I was unexpectedly demoted within six months and often felt aside. I was excluded from key planning discussions, left to monitor my team while others collaborated behind closed doors. Despite reassurances of future promotions, the treatment I received felt demeaning and disrespectful. Ultimately, i chose to resign for my own well-being. Management should address these issues to to enhance employee morale and retention.

Overall as a call centre agent i give 10/10 the hiring company because there leading teams and manager was very helpful and friendly nature. You get a half an hour break as well as a cup of tea and snacks. There is no work load.
