The Company is open to innovation new herbal & Ayurveda concepts and readily adopts latest technology. I Love that fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality herbal products and has a global client base. As a result, i get to travel Delhi, Noida, Gazieabad, and now in udaipur. But Some is on- site travel and Udaipur Transferred for Completely New setup of business project and business location. Plus point is that my Colleagues Come From Various Cultural Backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re - hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but Growth is Slow. the Work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend customers in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. no mid- year appraisals. also, growth is slow. on-job training provide but not full detail, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by- step, which is a pain sometimes.

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.

Work is not proper plan , on high level, I'm saying but high level lesson, baby care hospital division not proper plan, That's y lot of vacancies and no one stand the company...

1.As per jd will not do work u will sales even if are in marketing department. 2. If u will tell problem to manager work u r facing in market no solution will be provided. 3.All the reports u will have to fullfilled. 4. Meeting timing is not in office hours. 5. Manager will tell to come office even u are in other areas to work in office for month and stay in hotel. 6. In marketing dept I will have to report asm also and others also. 7. Many more things ...
