Only I'm liking about himalaya wellness company is that it has holiday on all national holidays which is good because every person or worker need a rest on that very day.

Dislikes

No incentives,no bonus, no leave enchantment and You can't take leave more than 3 days even it's needed. You have have terrible growth faculties.

Good work environment and culture. Some teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the best. I love the fact and I'm part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client based. I also like the employee policy here.

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.
