There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.

no personal development no regular technical training 100% sales culture they need only sales sales and sales they will pressure you to follow the process but its only official statment, they need only sales no matter from where you can generate, no questions asked.

Asking subordinates to put adjustment amount for completing targets. Want to tell every new MRs not to join himalaya otherwise you will spoil your career in himalaya

...olicy makar is bloody out of his mind. This company performance is totally fake. The employee has to his 50 to 80% of his salary to generate sales otherwise they will transfer you and you will be punished. Company culture is not good right now. This is sole company not registered with any business organization like SEBI and all, company is not listed till now. No board of directors Handled by Dubai people. All money goes to Dubai then they paid off salary to their employees.

I don't like this company right now because of indiscipline behavior or non organic political behavior of superior.

Company given salary and exp on time during covid 19. If you are able do manipulation in sales then you are fit for Himalaya.

...s politics and politic and union union union no working culture only adjustment. EXP is good but basic salary is very poor no salary difference between a MR and RM ( first line manager) only allowances difference.
