Good Work culture, supporting team, good company policies.

Salary increment is very less. Very less growth. There should be good hike in salary after completing above 100% target. i.e. 20-25%. increment should be applicable.

... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. No sales pressure. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.
