... pressure on guest lecturer while the permanent teacher always in relaxing mood. Permanent teacher takes less classes and paid high salary (70-80k) while guest lecturer had to take more classes with very less salary (7-10k). The permanent teachers dont allow subordinate teachers to get promoted.

Timely salary (maximum by 10th of every month) even during the pandemic period

...you will be getting a tremendous hike after 5-6 months. But strictly its not so. The average range of salary is 18K per month. The organization have tremendous attrition rate and that's why no experienced teacher can stay in this organization for more than one year. Most of the teachers (more than 98%) in this organization are either freshers or who have joined as a fresher and are staying till date. Moreover the management is highly manipulative as they hire you by citing one specific type of job and after hiring giving you additional jobs recklessly. Hostel facility for male outstation teachers are terrible. This school is good only for freshers and local candidates, not for experienced/outstation faculty as the management gives no values to your experience and they also properly don't know the CBSE rules/by-laws as well.

There is nothing to like about the school except for the brand name.

Politics and demotivation from the management. Work balance not there and salary is worse according to the workload. Career growth is not there infact they bring you down career wise.

...nvironment exercises an individual to tackle new things and overcome challenges. In terms of remuneration liberty heritage has never missed a pay days promised they stick to the contract despite the fact that money is a scarce resource in all economies. There are no fringe benefits given to teachers, maybe with time the school will consider this in order to satisfy the needs of workers. During school trips teachers do not pay anything instead they are consider as completing a school duty to be with the learners for the entire numbers of days determined by nature of school trip. The school environment and nature has a distance with the country's politics however they are glued to teach values and morals based on Christianity and the bible. The school begins 07:30 in the morning and dismiss 15:30 in the afternoon which allows teachers to balance between work and home.

Liberty heritage school is a good school despite the fact that they pay low salaries and the employer work using personal grounds that professional grounds.

Nothing to like except infrastructure

Dislikes

No work life balance. The pay is very low. There is no job security. You can be asked anytime to give the resignation and not come from next day. Inexperienced coordinators always putting the blame on others. Hardly any teacher stays for more than a year.
