Likes

There is no work satisfaction and a lot of inequality I have experienced in terms of your looks, and fashion sense. Authority people target new joiners and do not give them a chance to explore and enrich. Kindly think twice before joining.

Dislikes

Resignation policies are not cleared unnecessarily they hold the salary for 2 months. Management doesn't address these issues. the job training is not given to new joiners.

Terrible work culture, too much , oiling and buttering where teachers efforts go unnoticed and unappreciated. Higher authorities takes arbitraty decisions Company policies are ambiguous

Dislikes

The pay scale is low . freshers are been paid more then the experienced people of 10 -12 years. IF there are issues with the Sen kids we are asked about what work we do with the child and if there is progress in the child then the class teachers are given the credit of it.

I dont like anything about this school. The senior are not cooperative and principle never listen to teachers. You work hard but they only listen to Head. THINK BEFORE LEAVING YOUR SECURED JOB THEY ARE NOT TRUE WITH ANYONE.

Dislikes

There is no job security they promise to confirm u but then they will not confirm you and randomly told you leave the organisation otherwise we will not give good feedback about you.

Working at the new Hdfc school at Bangalore was a good experience though a short one of 3 to 4 months, I had 6+years of preprimary teaching experience so it was nice to setup the class, teaching aids, logging in to school software and getting UKG children and parents online with school, I got to learn some more valuable inputs on methods, alternatives, teaching aids from Gurgaon team and the coordinator at Bangalore. It was a wonderful team of teachers, management, etc with good experience in the industry and very focused and service oriented at that. I would definitely count the experience as a blessing.
