Hawk Aeronautics is fishy company, no salary for Staff and myself 3 months outstanding to till date, not a penny paid.

Rosy picture to world with no salary to staff, GST number incorrect & so on, looking for bank loan with incorrect information.

many 1 - they do not pay fairly 2 - salary always late 3 - ghosting done when you ask for certificate after internship 4 - poor work culture 5- very poor work ethics 6 - have unrealistic expectations from a very bad and poor business model 7 - offer letter terms do not match with what happens during internship 8 - they change statements as per convenience 9 - getting leaves is very difficult 10 - no good work life balance 11 - do not provide certificate and relieving docs and ghost you 12- make false promises in future tense 13 - offer very low pay when converting to employee that I had to reject at that very second 14 - you give your best but still get no appreciation 15 - they expect HR to do sales and judge performance on that basis 16 - they don't treat workers properly 17 - they make false excuses citing performance issue when you ask them to pay fairly PLS DONT JOIN SUCH BAD ORG, BETTER TO STAY JOBLESS

They did not pay Founder did not train and teach anything and had a very poor and bad revenue model False promises made Sometimes overload and useless work given HR saved us many times from toxic work culture and bad founder no work life balance Random meeting at odd timings

I myself being an intern didn't enjoy the work culture as the company didn't give us proper grounds to work there was no r&d done by the company it was like you're just providing information after all the work i had done I wasn't given any stipend or any information about it i resigned as there was no scope for their product being sold there was no base they were happily letting me go i had gotten the company a lead but still really bad experience and my colleague who completed the internship didn't even get the certificate or incentive and they had to run after the company for receiving the same.

1. somedays working beyond office hours 2. Not a very good payout and delay in clearing payout 3. Sales target given to HR which seemed little unfair
