No learning at all, The Hackett Group is all about copy paste. In terms of environment it's biased culture, trainning and skill development never exists in the company at all, no project planning only last moment work, people from out of Hyderabad will be only in the office and local people always WFH. They will ask to work on Saturday as well, company policies use change everyday basis. Appraisal happens after every 3 years

There is service-agreement. There we need to serve mandatorily for 2.5 years else we need to pay 3 Lakhs. Before taking the offer letter we need to pay 1.5 Lakhs as security deposit. If we accept the offer and won't join then we need to pay 1.5 Lakhs

Likes

Good for starters like interns and freshers. Huge scope for learning prospective. No variable pay in salary. More Directors than Managers. Functional team gets all the appreciation even if the object is completely a custom ABAP object.

Dislikes

HR policies are worst here. Work-life balance not at all available. If you need any kind of help in upskilling, you need to be a relative to managers. Never seen such a Project Delivery heads.

...her in Telugu only. 5. No learning at all. 6. Even the projects are obsolete. 7. The salary is low for a bond of 3 years. 8. They even ask for money if you resign before the bond period that too a sum of 3 lacs rupees or else they blackmail you with legal suits

There company offers an excellent platform for learning and career development. Supportive leadership. Transparent with culture with opportunities to take ownership of three projects.

Dislikes

At times workload can be demanding, especially during critical project phases. Internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.
