Work life balance is good Staff is supportive

Dislikes

1.Poor work culture 2.Unrealistic target given to branch Head 3.All work pressure is imposed only on branch head 4.Poor work support from Top management the are sitting on in head office and giving instructions with abusive language 5.when any loan file is source by manager the top management is treating like it's fraud file and unnecessary queerys raised by them 6.I would like to suggest all the candidates don't join this bank if u don't want spoil u r career

There is no job security also they don’t want to increase their employees so they hire as an apprentice likely more poor HR responses doesn’t help you with any details they just let go good employees of bank.

Being a Union employee their job is secured however ours come under management and our job is unsecure.

Dislikes

I worked in a fast paced environment, where no Union type of things are present.I felt difficult in changing the mindset of the cooperative bank employee. If you cant change anyones lifestyle better to change yourselves.

Working environment is the worst. Favourisim and politics is more for promotion's .Good and hard work is never appreciated.I faced lots of problems working here.I went into dippression due to their harassment which affected my family life and that was the reason for my resignation.
