... Management will not care if a employee dies at work also. During pendemic also. Even the lower employees were asked to resign / take leaves without pay during a hard time like pendemic.

No management. No HR policies, worst food to eat at caffeteria, no work timings, no work culture,no trainings, no yearly incriment. If you seriusly love your profession than donot dare to join this worst company. If you have no other option than u may join

Work environment is very good, safety and security of this company is also good, this company gives the chance to prove every employee. I also like the employee rehire policy.

I face only 2 problems there 1st Salary and 2nd Company's timing

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here i love u the grand all employers u give me a platform to start my career...

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Culture and management. We don’t get everything everywhere in life. It’s a both way process, employee and employer both have to work together to achieve the goals of an organisation.

Nothing. Well, it also depends upon the employee to make the best of the opportunities they get. We can’t show down any employers. After all, they help us with job when we are in need. They show faith and trust in us. We must reciprocate that.
