Only bootlickers and top managements are minting money and rest are paid in peanuts. Hr says something and delivers something else. Absolutely no regards for human capital. many top talent have been told to leave in recent layoff. Join this company only if you are jobless.

The Organization is able to pool goof bunch of happy persons across industry who are enthusiastic and keen for their work profile and also hunger for work. That I have not seen even in the established organizations as well.

Dislikes

As a regular start-ups this organization is also having funding issues and learnt from doing the own mistakes rather to learn from other's mistakes.
