The company helps individual to learn and grow with its age. The first to mention about the property owner. He is a very cordial and intellectual person with moral norms who has helped all of his dependants I.e. His hotel stuff Amid this terrific situation of covid19. Other all the hotel has much more to give if you are bearing.

Dislikes

...hem with new rules to which will resist the clash between two other departments. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...mong teammates, due to high crowd in weekends there are lot of things can learn. Nice pay scale if we talk about salary & appraisal is even. Nice work-life balance there. Great time had there :)

Dislikes

No learning and development. Cafeteria food is worst. Owner involvement is too much. Staff accommodation is worst. Company doesn't care about the staffs. No perks and facilities for staffs.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
