Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Oh, mann! From where should I start about the dislikings about this Garbage company? 1. Managers treat employees like they own them. 2. Managers get all the flexibility, Employees are treated like **** 3. Forgot about Weekends, Saturday Holiday. You won't even get free on Sunday's . They will throw something on you to finish before Monday morning. 4. Toxic Work Culture. 5. Tooo much Politics. 6. Leave Sunday's You wont even get holidays on Festival days. 7. Your life will be finished if you continue working here.
