...management gave me a platform to be a good hr recruiter, not just a tale caller. The salary is good and you can earn a lot of incentives too. Employees don't leave this company easily, most of the team members were old-timers who have spent more than 5 years and are very happy and thriving.

Nothing... Just nothing.. When few female employees were complaining about the behaviour of a lead, no actions were taken..here one & only is pritam who just don't care or a f** about your concerns, if you ask questions or raise a query then you're gonna be on the radar..

Few people are in this Company from the scratch.. They have just immunity that if you Ain't working according to them, they'll complain & they actually do, never ever share anything here with anybody, the so called ones share who had a miscarriage.. Ohh forgot to mention this so called IT guy is such a pe*rv & always be like M xyz ko bta dunga,, such a perv maniac he's

Correct use of ATS

No job security , they easily terminate employees even if they are performing well , they don't count efforts of the recruiter. Toxic work place. No gesture towards the recruiter. Not accept if someone putting there views regarding work they are just willing people will work on there terms.
