It's an excellent work place where your seniors are supportive and 0 tolarence for employee's dissatisfaction. Good compansation and motivated is always available for their employees and peaceful environment.

Dislikes

Certian rules and work cultures are not so Much admiring. So ethics are not happening are it sometimes causes a little unhappy mood. Till not everyone or everything is perfect so I would definitely recommend this growing and encouraging organization.

WFH, Flexible working hours, Wonderful Team, No work stress - almost everything. Just love working here!

Nothing as such! But sometimes it becomes difficult to meet the desired productive hours when we don't have enough work on our plates.

Excellent people to work with. There are lots of opportunities for growth at TGA. At TGA, Employees hard work always paid off in the form of appreciation, Increment, promotion, bonuses, incentives, etc

Extremely nourishing environment and a highly collaborative set of teams. I've never been more comfortable while facing a healthy amount of challenge at the same time. Also, free lunch!
