Job is secured if employees adhere to the norms, timely salary and yearly increment, friendly and fun loving atmosphere, job is dignified, subordinates are treated with due respect by the higher-ups, organisation is considerate, higher authorities are easily approachable and give a good listening ear to any problems of the employees, sometimes do go out of the way to help hardworking and dedicated employees.

Dislikes

As a nurse in the Gera School, it was difficult to get leave as I was the only nurse in the school.There is no substitute, if the nurse is absent. I was always reluctant to apply for leave. This is only for the nurse, not other employees of the Gera School. The Gera School doesn't have its own transport system which is very very much necessary as there's no public transport from the main city to the school. I had to resign because of transport issues.Employees who do not drive, suffer miserably for transport. Having a private vehicle and knowing to drive is a must to survive in the Gera School.
