Dislikes

As a nurse in the Gera School, it was difficult to get leave as I was the only nurse in the school.There is no substitute, if the nurse is absent. I was always reluctant to apply for leave. This is only for the nurse, not other employees of the Gera School. The Gera School doesn't have its own transport system which is very very much necessary as there's no public transport from the main city to the school. I had to resign because of transport issues.Employees who do not drive, suffer miserably for transport. Having a private vehicle and knowing to drive is a must to survive in the Gera School....Read More

Work Details

Initially I struggled to get oriented to the school and to know the expectations of the management.Gradually I started enjoying my job.I received good cooperation from the authorities.I got good experience with children while caring for them.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
