...ystem is very poor...one thing is good that they pay the salary on right time...but the salary structure is very poor

a counsellor is the backbone of a centre and because I believe in it that's why I working hard for my centre but our higher officials do not know how to respect the counsellor or motivated a counsellor so that he/she can do better. in between the 2020 lockdown I worked too hard for my company day and night. but even then I have been told all the time that my performance is not good. the centre head always speaks to the ladies' staff using offensive language. but the director of this company is very polite.all team member like teacher or non-teaching staff always gives great efforts and helpful.but those who are management post they are not helpful at all.growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend enquiry calls in the evening and some times late into the night.managers do not value an individuals unique strenth, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Here haven't any salary issue.

Dislikes

Management never support any employee's poor situation. Placement HOD never give a correct and true feedback to the management. Management members never judge the HOD's statement & over his statement they wrongly punished the employees. Placement cell management directors are keep lock on their mouths. This company working environment is also very poor. At HO (Head Office) two female senior employees are always trying to show their power and position. They dare to show it by HOD cruel political permission. If any employee try to explain it to any director, without resolution and proper judgements that guy will loss his job Or director block that guy's promotion and yearly increment.

Earlier the culture was good. But after changes in the management there is no job security. Always they create a mental pressure on everyone. No one feel good in this present situation.

Work culture is not good at all. Company policies are monopoly. Management only interested for business growth, not for the employees benefits.

...idn't support me in any way . It was the worst experience anyone could think of. They took almost 4-5 months to pay me my remuneration . Most of the times when I tried to contact the local institutional head , he didn't receive my call repeatedly.

No job security , even after working for nearly 2 months I was not given appointment letter , but I was selected to as a teaching faculty , I wasn't clearly told about what would be my salary ... I was given very low salary that too after calling them at least 1000 times over a period of 4 to 5 months . It's pathetic .
