Work environment and fair treatment with no discrimination within unit

Job insecurity and lesser events of recognition in person no gifts on occasions and sponsered holiday break, canteen benefits not provided

Politics i dosent seeing during my work if it there also i never involve and if i notice never tolarate that kind of thing iam always positive manner

I like the work life balance I get. The work culture is ethical and seniors are very understandable

Employees should be given a bit attention to learn more, and get them more involved. Also, job security is an issue

Bias is there everyone don't get equal training and worst part is Stats department seniors play politics and few people don't have proper manager skills. For there survival they can play worst games which can harm to high extent as well.
