Dislikes

The company only offers an orientation with no structured training leaving employees to figure out things on their own. Guidance from co-founder is often delayed, requiring several follow-ups to get timely responses. The company only hires interns and expects them, particularly the sales interns, to close the deals and drive business despite of not providing sufficient training and support and knowing the interns are just university students. The work environment feels very biased, with employees receiving inconsistent treatment. The lack of mentorship and limited growth opportunities hinder skill development and professional learning. I would suggest to do internship in other companies where you can develop skills and gain professional experience.

it is a small institute that started online classes during lockdown. At the institute, English, French, German, Korean and Japanese are the only languages taught. Most of our trainers are appointed from LinkedIn or those who are freelancing, and they try to give them a chance to work in the company.

Dislikes

Me and the rest of interns wouldn't suggest to work here. Disorganized, Unbalanced, no responsibility and no accountability, zero respect for interns, no work balance, Unethical and unpresentable. much more to say about this institution. I'll rate 0 in terms of intern experience.
