Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Duty time is almost Ok. Staff accommodation provided near hotel. Staff is good. Festival celebrated. Vegetarian Hotel.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary comes after 20th of month even on 25 . Pf is not contributed by company so staff have to pay double itself. Salary comes cash for non pf employees. For pf employees they give cheque.

Basically its nothing like for me to say dislike because i always try to work in all the department whenever i am free, yes sometimes its timing mostly the issue for the day its abt 12-13hrs.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent ko

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
