...of the hotel management rules , we are forced to shave and cut! hair regularly. the salary is minimal, but the level of harassment here is unberable - 200%. Please avoid companies like this .Many employees have quit after falling for the management's sweet word, only to be fired within a few months.

The company is great for people who have a mindset to settle, annual raises happens on time and can take plenty of leaves as per the set requirement. Promotions happen every 2 year or 3 year as per performance.

Dislikes

Too many ple are there inter- hierarchy and the company follow a set promotion 90% of the time, Upper management is solid and fixed which gives lower employees less chance to get into the decision-making team, do understand vertical growth is much less, however, if u are a person who wishes to take care of family, want time to focus on to another course or love to have a set fixed growth please i still recommend. Too much of politics, and Inter team conflicts keep happening.

There was slightly favouritism being played, when it comes to women and men and never got to have a close interaction with them.

Too much politics from Bangalore OPS team, one of the Sales female co worker given the wrong reference just becoz of they dnt like the employee, its all character allegation reference.

Management behaves like its a hotel for them Favourtism Good Players are given preference People team up together and go against you Managers expect us to work for more than 9hrs Too many questions from management team If we dont L*ck the managers shoes we are bad players Everytime managers yes upon yes has to be given
