...at TERI. The work environment is amazing and also, the staff is very supportive. Infrastructure and positive ambience of IHC building is just a bonus for people working at TERI.

As I was involved with TERI as an intern during my masters' days. After completing my Post Graduation, I tried to look for full time opportunities at TERI. I even sent my CV and applied for vacancies but didn't receive any response from their side. I think the priority should be given to the people who have already been involved with the organization.

The worst part of this organization is The Director General, she is very toxic unproductive, manipulative, no work-life balance. It's Monday to Friday but she forces the staff to come on Saturday too. Just bcoz she stays close to the office and has no family life she wants everyone to follow her without question. She likes flatters who just keep blabbering about her. Chaplus chahiye madam ko.

there are many bad and worst things about this company, no 1 the director General herself, she is very rude toxic bossy manipulative & very greedy lady, forces you to work late hours without any reason, passes derogatory remarks and pulls u down insults anyone, she acts like a typical moth in law not like a professional. there is no set of rules no salary increment, no plates or proper place for the staff to have lunch, only sycophants can survive with this kind of person, she likes to chit chat with these kinds of people.
