...office and do micro management, rather that going out in market to get business. - no pay parity, they hire without looking thier pockets. - IT hiring is struggling, TEPS is shut, Executive hiring is almost shut. Massive expansion on contract business , but wait, No planning here as well🤣. - They fire and ask you to leave the same day and submit IT assets. -And have audacity to screw your BGV at the next company you join. - you pay for your own parking!

Nothing, Its the worst organization anyone can work with, there is no job security at all, also they serve you drinks inside the premises and even if you don't wanna drink they force you to drink

The environment is very toxic, far from professionalism, there are comments on women, and on your performance in public, sensitive topics like termination is discussed in public, they ask you about the NUMBER OF BOYFRIEND'S YOU HAVE They expect magic to happen in 3 months, they themself don't have any stability in the org, so much of gossips, and in terms of business, no recurring business, they barely clos any role, It is very clear that they don't care about basic respect or privacy. The toxic environment took a tole on my mental health and ruined my peace, i used to shake which going to office, because i was so scared to go to office, they shout on their employees and talk in a very demeaning way . they have shut down their contracting and EPS team. DONT JOIN THE ORGABNSIATION .

The organization in India is led by two immature and unqualified individuals, providing no opportunity for learning and growth. The MD frequently makes insensitive personal remarks openly in the office , employees are hired and fired abruptly. There’s excessive micromanagement and complete lack of trust in the team and the HR has no authority.

Lot of pressure You can be fired anytime Seniors torture you a lot, they want to poke their nose into your personal life If you are a teetotaller they would force you to drink as well as smoke during office parties
