Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They can fire any time anybody if employee leave himself they because of their cheap behavior they do not even give salary. Too much favoritism. Use of rubbish language. They do not even know which work is given to peon or employee. . No leave policy system. No benefits for extra working days. Harassment is so much for small small things

I have grown in the organisation and have learnt lot of good things

Dislikes

I have only one concern as i am married so the location of site office was far away from my home and i used get free late so it was very unsafe for individual to travel alone .
