Worst company i worked in my life # Micro management so HR will have two horns in their heads # They give only false promises # They deduct your salary if you didn't achieve the weekly target. I worked as Sales Executive in this Company for four months. The salary package was okay and Initially seemed promising, My overall experience is disappointing. The higher management consistently showed a lack of concern for employee's work-life balance and overall health. The pressure to meet sales target was intense, and rather than providing support or constructive feedback, I often felt like all executives are being bullied by HR manager by publicly shouting on the floor in the front of all other Colleagues it felt Humiliating. Unfortunately the work environment is very toxic and discouraging and I felt undervalued and stressed. Ultimately, I was let go for not meeting sales target, but I believe that lack of proper management and support played a significant role in my inability to succeed. I would caution others to considering this company to be aware of these challenges before Joining.

Salary will be credited on time,as well as we can learn new skills ,communication skills will increase.

Dislikes

There is a lot of pressure in that company , if we haven't reach our targets there will be warnings from the management. There is no job guaranty in that Company.

There is no Team Management, instead Team leader will put you a lot of pressure and treat u like a servent Tls are the company drawback there are not educated ones during my trainng total 12 members where joined 11 members are left with in 2 months management will never focus on this issue DONT JOIN IN THIS COMPANY

Whatever they says at the time of interview 5days working for sales process it will be not the same they will ask to employees to come 6days but they won’t pay the amount for the 6th day .
