Sometimes there is a latency in sending the salary and that is the only thing I dislike about the company. But the salary comes eventually.

Dislikes

Unprofessionalism. Kabhi bhi meeting rakh denge. Bina inform kiye. Every intern just wanted their money and certificate back. Bas isliye sabne muh band rkh ke organization ko tolerate Kiya. There is fcking no culture. I am not saying there are bad people or the work ethic is not good. But the way they handled the interns and their pathetic communications skills. Har chiz ke liye they blamed interns. Unko khud nhi pta tha client kya chahta hai. Couldn't communicate it proplerly to us. And end me they blamed us.

The company is very much professional about its vision, goals and ethics. The payment is appropriate and within times and the project managers are well behaved, decent and polite.

Dislikes

The project we were currently working upon got blacklisted, which was a major setback for the workers since we were dependent on this projecr for basic needs.

The Digital Serve helped me in acquiring a wonderful experience. The culture is very positive and helpful and everyone is always there to solve problems 24/7.

Dislikes

The Digital Serve provides a good working environment but the assignments are interrupted at times. So the working fluency is interrupted at times.

Likes

This helps us to build the knowledge about the some cultural and traditional aspects of India along with that helps in the development of fluency of english and writing. A friendly environment with seniors and their support is incerdible and outstanding.
