Dirty Politics, HR do anything in the name of management. very poor salary increment, Peons get more salary than others, No one cares about company HR making their own rules and busy in birthday celebration and expending company monies.

Terrible company to work with, poorest management from top to bottom. No ethics and work culture, extremely unpleasant and toxic atmosphere inside Only it appears that reachie rich just making show of and not interested in running the company. Neither they growing nor allowing people grow.

More Political in work culture also as discussed benifit at the time of offer they have simply refuse and told this not in our policies. Literally told it's my worst working experience In my job tenure of 15 years

HR and Top management is not reliable, they don't follow what they says. Many Environment violations they are doing. Company also closed by pollution control board but safety department able to manage the issue and reopen the company.

HR and Top Management is very poor. They are very selfish and that they can distroy their employees careers
