...pathetic company to work with. No career growth, everyone works as a servant. No fixed date for salary. No payments to vendors. The environment and building is too negative and management is lacks knowledge.

I thought its a great place to work but turned out otherwise

...ll the credit and though a Dean, she lacks planning and organizational skills. - They offer you a good package but dont pay you on time. I got them 12 admissions during COVID ( Fee for each student is 18 lacs). But still they didnt pay me my dues on time. So I had to leave. - Some old team members like Akansha play dirty politics and will trouble you in all possible ways, AT times she uses filthy language too. The Founders also do not say anything in this.

The design village supports me a lot in this pandemic. when in whole India a lot of Companies even MNCs cutting the salary of their employees, They did not cut a single amount of money seriously I am lucky that I am being hired in this company. I am writing this review Publicly and honestly, the Environment of these very good caring & friendly peoples.

The company is industry-centric and quiet ambitious when it comes to design, the philosophy is very different about design education.

Dislikes

A lot of politics, no unity between the staff members, issue of salary, education more inclined towards thinking rather than skills, no proper infrastructure, lack of discipline, no system and policies for both students and staff, work environment sometimes is very demotivating and depressing.

have been with The Design Village for almost 4 years now and find the environment conducive to learning and growth. Credit goes to the founders Ar. Sourabh Gupta & Mridu Sahai for always standing by you and motivating you to explore. They are always very supportive and challenge you to be able to bring out the best in you

Sometimes the long working hours, but again that is not forced, it comes out of choice.
