Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst Company ever CEO abuses people ; don't pay them their salary No one stayed in the company for more than 3 months because of worst work life balance and CEO attitude.

Dislikes

Everything. The company provides zero growth opportunities. Please don't go their or buy anything. They cheat their customers by giving them different products and don't even refund their money.

Nothing to like as such here.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Not a great experience. The founder's vision is to hire for cheap and stress the employees too much. Mentorship is absent on all department levels and the company lacks goal goal-oriented directional approach. The management is always willing to deduct your money based on late entries, and early signouts and also the management finds all reasons to not pay you. A very stressed and unprofessional low growth-oriented environment overall. I don't encourage being part of this organisation overall. Majboori me kare toh thari dikkat see.

To be honest with you guys, please don't be part of this company he will fire you without any reason will make you work overtime I request you not to be part of this company just because of his stupidity I have lost my perfect job because he gave me strong salary expectations and all of sudden he fired me within 5days not only me after me this he has hired 10 people and they have fired by him within a week .please please guys if you want to be played with you career there you go and be a part of such company. What I will suggest is please don't get fooled
