Overall experience is nice

Dislikes

Salary is at PAR as compared to other organizations but chances of promotion are very low. They should give promotion to the deserving people on the basis of experience n interview but they don't.

1.Need to provide proper Guidelines & training about the financial products of the bank initially. 2.Loan sanction & Disbursment is very very pathetic & Delay process. 3.No proper responce from authorities intime. 4.salaries always in time 5.No job security. 6.More pressure on job.

Our Bank is always the best example of how to maintain customer as well as employees for any issues that ever come.

Dislikes

I don't think this is the right time to give any statement about this, as the whole world is going through covid-19, and our Bank is really taking the best measures by supporting our customers and employees.

Cosmos Bank is a large organisations with competitive products and deep penetration in the market. Good career opportunities. I got variety of things to learn basically in commercial and retail credit appraisal. Good team mates and supportive and motivational higher authorities.

Lack of proper allocation of targets and responsibility. Late decision because of which relation with clients get spoiled.
