Internal politics and bias & preferences. Lagging in technology ugradation. Systems & procedures very orthodox with lot of paper work

Learning in bank transaction and account etc, salary satisfied, bank is like my own family.every day we have to different types of customer handle .in that case I am teach how to talk and behaviour of people in my life.

All my worki position and place is good and I am very thank to my stoff for giving good knowledge to us. I am having good working culture and management in my banking nature. And i am very lucky to work there.
