The company didn't support at all during a pandemic. Even in the initial month, they did the pay cut of 30% and send most of the employees on leave without pay stating 2 months which doesn't complete after the 4 months. The higher payees are still working with 0 productivity. Too much of reporting with no support. All of them with higher pay just fooling the company owner. No support at all from the senior people, they just give pressure and use abusive language in the office premises.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address the issues. You cannot share the feedback bcpz HR shares it with the manager and they start threatening you after that. No career growth or salary increment. They force to sign the bond after joining the organization. No training no support.

Support. What rubbish. First the top management forced a pay cut of 20% for the month of march. And then put most of the work force mostly the one hired recently on leave without pay for the next three months. They have ignored the condition of the people put on leave without pay. A classic example of a company one should not work for under any financial condition.

Despite government warnings to not fire the workforce during lock down the company management did what they wanted. Working for this company is terrible. The people with higher salaries still have their jobs its we who suffered the most. Nor the government neither any other organization has taken any cognizance of this matter.
