I worked for a really short time here as a staff nurse at neonatal ICU,but that short period of experience was just Amazing,work environment is so chill and the team over here including the security and cleaning staffs are really hardworking towards a common goal ,that is to help children and neonates recover soon, you will definitely learn the right things here,they follow the updated guidelines and conduct time and again continuing education for the staffs ,staffs are evaluated and given constructive feedback ,they are given room to improve and develop themselves.

Dislikes

The only thing lacking is a proper break room for nurses ,which is very much essential as healthcare provider should be able to care for themselves too in order to care for others!
