There’s no work culture. The CEO is a young boy whose not led anything before. He’s 28 who is after money and not services. There are clients everyday calling literally abusing and asking us for refunds. It’s the worst experience I have had.

Dislikes

Because the services we say , we never provide , we lie saying gettjng the CM on board as CHuef guest and get some professor. Imagine the company has been a startup since 7 years!! That sums it up and now it has been degrading.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
