This company hold your orginal certificate Hold 10 days salary of 1st month, not sure where it's returnable No job security (termnite the people with out any reason) Many penalties for unwanted reasons. Poor work culture No freedom of work My experience or advices,if you have any self respect don't join here. Better they may change their name is "The Penalty silks" instead of "The Chennai Silks"

As a result, women's credibility on the entire company decreases.MD is a supporter of women, but some of these political habits are unknown to MD. If they think they will be found out, they will tell the people who are in big responsibility and threaten them.
