The work environment in TCS is awesome, job security is guaranteed, every year will we get salary hike, and the career growth is also guaranteed, but work life balance is little bit deviant because it's nature in retail, we can't get leave in weekend.

Not getting proper week off and working hours is too high, and little bit deviant in work life balance.

This company hold your orginal certificate Hold 10 days salary of 1st month, not sure where it's returnable No job security (termnite the people with out any reason) Many penalties for unwanted reasons. Poor work culture No freedom of work My experience or advices,if you have any self respect don't join here. Better they may change their name is "The Penalty silks" instead of "The Chennai Silks"
